What we’re building

Smplrspace is a spatial intelligence platform used across commercial real estate, operations, and software products. Our work sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and real-world constraints.

We help teams turn static plans, fragmented systems, and disconnected data into clear, interactive spatial canvases that support real decisions, every day.

This work shows up in many contexts: workplace and facilities management, asset tracking, sensors and systems, portfolio analysis, leasing and marketing, and product platforms that embed spatial intelligence.

How we approach product development

We believe advanced technology should be useful, accessible, and grounded in real needs, not reserved for a small group of large enterprises.

We work with a few clear principles:

• API-first thinking, so our work can live inside other products and workflows.
• A design process driven by problem exploration and customer empathy, not assumptions.
